GiftMatch Compass is operated by EverRoad Pathways LLC. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method where available.
The Full Report is a $29 one-time purchase. We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with your results. If a technical issue prevents you from accessing your report after payment, we will issue a full refund regardless of timing.
Limitless Coach is a $12/month recurring subscription. You can cancel anytime from your account access page. After cancellation, Coach access continues through the end of the paid billing cycle and you will not be charged again for future billing periods.
We offer a full refund of your initial Coach charge within 48 hours of that charge.
The bundle charges $29 today for the Full Report and the first month of Limitless Coach. The $29 Full Report portion follows the Full Report policy above. The included first Coach month requires no refund because no separate Coach charge is made. Any later Coach renewal follows the Limitless Coach policy above.
Signed school or institutional order forms may set their own refund terms. If no written order form controls, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and before more than 20 percent of seats have been activated.
Applicable law and Paddle’s buyer terms may provide additional or non-waivable refund, cancellation, or withdrawal rights. Nothing in this policy limits those rights. We reserve the right to decline refund requests involving suspected fraud or repeated abuse.
Email support@giftmatchcompass.com from the address on your account, or use the refund link in your Paddle receipt. Include the email address used for purchase and the product you want refunded.
